dancing to heavy metal

Warning: Reading this post may lead to grossed out sensations...proceed with caution...

We have friends who are staying with us during their transition from California to Arizona. Along with their house plants, their pop-up trailer, and their kefir curds, they also brought their electronic foot bath. Because the cells in your feet are some of the largest they provide a good way to absorb things (why essential oils are often applied to the bottom of your feet) as well as a good place to pull things out of the body. This morning I spent forty minutes soaking my feet in a salt water solution with a small amount of electricity going through titanium plates. The following is the not so eye appealing results...

This is about two minutes into the foot bath....different colors/shapes indicated different toxins being eliminated from the body. The orange is often an indication of joint pain and fairly common for most adults. The black flakes are an indication of heavy metals present in the body. There was quite a large amount of black flakes that accumulated during the soak.

By the end of 40 minutes the water was looking rather sludgie and also included a fair amount of green gunk....an indication of toxins being removed from the gall bladder and pancreas.

People have different reactions after the foot bath.... some feel tired and need to rest then get up feeling energetic, others, including myself, feel quite invigorated after completing the bath.

Boy...am I glad all this junk is no longer inside me.
