weed week

 Last week was Weed Week. Without my attention this spring the yard had become overgrown and hazardous. A trek across the property required covering ones ankles with protective gear.

 Because of the high temps I tried to go out each day for a time in the morning and again in the evening...following the shadows around the house as much as possible.

I'm happy to report Weed Week was a success. Although not every weed was eliminated the dirt looks considerably better. To celebrate I found some pretty pearl lights to illuminate my swing.
